How Much Is Delivery?
Delivery for artwork within Australia is free of charge and typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location.
All printing and shipping is handled by a local printer here on the Central Coast of NSW and will be shipped
from their Studio.
All our fine art prints are packaged to ensure they get to you safely. A combination of soft tissue paper and sturdy packaging materials are used to protect your prints. Generally for sizes under A3 (42 x 29.7cm) they are flat packed, otherwise they'll be packed in strong postal tubes.
Want something sent overseas? Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can quote you a delivery fee.
Please contact me at email@example.com if your print has not arrived in this timeframe and I’ll follow up asap!
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders are normally completed within 72hrs and should arrive between 7-15 working days from your order date.
Once you have placed an order, we will always send you a confirmation email that will show a summary of what you have purchased.
If you have not received this email, the two most common reasons are
It may have gone to your junk or spam folder
The email address entered may be incorrect or have a typo
If you cannot find the email in your junk or spam folder, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be able to help .
What Is Your Refund Policy?
100% satisfaction guaranteed. If within 30 days you don't think it suits your space, just contact us to arrange return and a full refund.
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced packaging tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure damage-free delivery.
I will happily cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print. My goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied and love your photos as much as I do!
What If I Change My Mind?
As all of our products are made to order based on your custom specifications we do have restrictions on when and what can be changed/returned.
Please be sure to check your cart and order receipt thoroughly to make sure everything is as you expect it to be, as you are ordering custom made items, replacements can be expensive. We are more than happy to go over your order with you, before or after you place it to be sure everything is correct.

How Do I Know Which Print Edition I Have?
Each print comes with a hand signed and numbered certificate (sent personally by me) which has the title, description, and edition number.
Is Purchasing From Your Website Safe?
The website is powered by Wix and has full SSL secure payment support. Therefore, your customer information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. In addition, Wix only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of protection.
How Do I Clean My Acrylic Print?
Please take extra care cleaning acrylic as it is susceptible to scratching if not handled properly.
To clean your acrylic use one of the following:
Damp microfibre cloth*
*Please note do not use any products made for standard glass on the acrylic sheets as it may permanently damage them. We recommend using only water, or a special acrylic cleaning solution from your local hardware store.
