Experience - One of the things I enjoy most about road trips is heading out and following roads that you have no idea where they will take you. The goal of this day was to scout out locations for the upcoming autumn colour, but as I was driving through this scene I just had to find somewhere to pull over for a photo. This area had been ravaged by bushfires the year before so it was so comforting to see such strong regrowth everywhere. I just loved the contrast between the green foliage and the soft mist. It just felt so soft and ethereal and I hope you get that feeling when you see this photo as well.
